The Annual Meeting was held on May 18, 2024. Elected to the board were Luise Richards and Doug Crawley. Re-elected for an additional term was Gary Potts.

At the following board meeting, Luise Richards was voted in as President, Zak Montes as Vice President and Russ Locke as Secretary.
