EVENTS

The next Board meeting will be on March 15, 2025. I appologize for not keeping the events updated (just forgot to do it...) There was no Feburary meeting. There will be a number of important items on the March agenda, they will be posted here in the future (promise...,)

One of them is the fact that the City of the Downs is claming we have a water leak. We have not been able to locate one though and wonder if their meetering systme is working correctly. We are going to discuss adding individual meters to the units, expensive but maybe necessary.
